I really wish I had the latest issue of @ElleMagazineSA just walked
past it when my mom and I were doing grocery shopping at WoolWorths
and she just REFUSED to buy it for me :(
I obviously can’t buy it myself. Because:

1. I’m barely 18 years old. I’m just a teenager
2. I’m a high school student. Last time I checked, we don’t earn salaries.

So this is an open letter to my mom. I’m alsking you to PLEASE PLEASE
PLEASE buy it for me mama :(
I need my monthly dose of fashion. PLEASE mommy! I’m just a little
girl with no salary whatsoever.

*Sunglasses from Mr Price (which I got for a bargain at R20!)

*A floral headscarf from I dont know where! :/

Its a grey day and the trees look green :) Beautiful day to stay home
and do errrm… NOTHING!

I’ve kinda been going through this “phase” lately. I just don’t feel
very passionate about anything, I’m not as excited about life as much
as I was before. Everything just depresses my life :( I’m sure I’ve
lost a truck load of readers but thats okay because I know very well
that I’d get very bored if my favourite bloggers just randomly decided
to stop posting stuff. But overall I am very sorry about that. I’m not
sure what to start posting about yet. So you can send in stuff, ideas,
suggestions, pictures up there on the Contact Me page. I will look
into it all. I totally promise that. For now, I do have a few things
to share :)

Lately I’ve discovered Jourdan Dunns on Fashion TV who is a British
fashion model and all-round beautiful girl. She is currently my
favourite model in the whole entire world. (I am sorry Joan Smalls but
someone has taken your place). She appeared on the cover of Vogue
Italia back in July ‘08. Thats something very big to any model. She’s
walked in plenty big shows, like Marc Jacobs, YSL, Ralph Lauren,
Burberry, Victoria Secret, TOPSHOP ( I’ve become a huge Top Shop
junkie and that my dear friends is why its in capital letters), Calvin
Klein and get this: in 2008 she was the first black model to walk a
Prada runway in over a DECADE. Don’t ask me what “issue” Prada had
with black models back then. Only God knows.
